Our Team

Jason B. Zeigler, Owner/Operator

Jason started his career working in the Information Technology field but decided that he wanted more than a job. He purchased his first multi-family dwelling in 2013 and hasn't looked back since. While Jason continues his full-time career in the IT field providing security, network administration and support, he manages several rental properties throughout the Central Pennsylvania area.

Dave Speelman, Landlord & Senior Project Manager

Dave Speelman learned at a very young age the intricacies of electrical, plumbing, and the ins and outs of all construction projects. There is no job too small or too big for our beloved Senior Project Manager & Landlord. He has literally done it all, from single-handedly building a new garage on the side of his house, concreting a driveway, replacing siding, installing windows and performing major bathroom and kitchen renovations, while staying within a budget and reasonable time frame.

Mickey, Rescued Dog / Canine Project Manager

Our beloved Canine Project Manager, Mickey, is a rescued lab/pit mix that frequents open houses. Mickey was adopted in the Spring of 2018 and Jason has been working with him on a daily basis since his previous owners abused, beat and kicked out several of his teeth. Mickey can typically be seen hanging out while renovations are taking place and usually supervises repairs, as his schedule permits. He is extremely shy and absolutely terrified of men, which is why we try to bring him to Open Houses, repair appointments and renovations.
