Dave Speelman brings decades of hands-on experience in repairs, renovations, construction, and property maintenance. From plumbing, electrical, siding, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, concrete, and general repair work, Dave has spent a lifetime fixing problems and figuring out practical solutions.
As Senior Maintenance Advisor and Project Support for JZ Property Management Group, Dave provides guidance, experience, and hands-on help with repairs, renovations, and improvement projects across the portfolio.
His approach is simple: measure twice, fix it once, and do the job right.
Jason B. Zeigler
Owner / Property Manager
Jason B. Zeigler is the owner of JZ Property Management Group LLC. He purchased his first multi-family property in 2013 and has continued building a small, hands-on rental portfolio serving New Cumberland, Middletown, Enola, and the surrounding Central Pennsylvania area.
With a background in Information Technology, project coordination, property renovations, and rental management, Jason takes a practical approach to property ownership. His focus is simple: maintain clean, functional rental homes, communicate clearly, and make steady improvements that support long-term value for both the properties and the people living in them.
Jason believes property management should be straightforward, fair, and grounded in common sense.

Mickey
Canine Project Manager / Head of Morale
Mickey is Jason’s rescued lab/pit mix and the unofficial morale officer of JZ Property Management Group. Adopted in 2018, Mickey has been part of the team from the early days and continues to provide quiet supervision, loyal companionship, and the occasional reminder that breaks are important.
While Mickey does not handle lease paperwork, maintenance requests, or rent collection, he takes his role seriously. His responsibilities include greeting approved visitors, supervising from a safe distance, keeping morale high, and making sure no project day goes too long without a pause.
He remains one of the most trusted members of the team.
